Returns Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We absolutely hope that you will love your L'AMOR pieces as much as we do, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. 

At L'AMOR, we inspect all jewelry pieces before packing and sending to you however, if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email lamorbylesley@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery, with photos of your damaged jewelry and your order #.  Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.  

For exchanges, the following applies:

  • Item must be returned within 10 days of receiving the order
  • Unworn items must be returned in it's original packaging  
  • We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping. Return shipping is at the customer's cost.
  • We do not accept returns on 'Sale items'; as they have already been discounted and are therefore ineligible for returns. 
  • Once we receive and review the return, the desired exchange will be credited.

HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN? 
If you've met the above requirements, you may send an email to lamorbylesley@gmail.com with the subject line: Exchange + #OrderNumber 

Within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the item and the reason for return , please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your request. 

L'AMOR By Lesley reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lamorbylesley@gmail.com.
